Oku Relax Kānuka & Tātarāmoa Tea is the perfect tea to drink in the evening, to relax and de-stress after a busy day. Or drink it any time when you need to unwind.

Tataramoa (bush lawyer) is a traditional Maori medicine used for anxiety and insomnia. Other uses were for diarrhoea and constipation.

Kanuka tea was traditionally drunk to help liver and kidney conditions, and as a general tonic.  Additional benefits of Kanuka are its antimicrobial and antifungal properties, similar to those of Manuka.

This Kanuka and Tataramoa Tea also includes Western herbs and plants: Passionflower, Chamomile, and Lemon, to make a lovely palatable and calming drink.

The beautiful pack includes 15 pyramid tea bags.  The tea bags are compostable, and the tea is free of preservatives, gluten, and GMOs.
